Sources and scope
Use our content as general information. Check current requirements and shipment terms before making a decision. Material factual claims must cite sources that support the exact statement. For rules, cite the relevant authority; for a service, its carrier; for an index, its original publisher. Check the route, mode, jurisdiction, period and limits. A service announcement does not prove a completed sailing or the safety of an entire network.
Prices, benchmarks and quotes
A market benchmark is an observation, not a Suaid Global quote. State its source, date, route, currency, unit, scope and known exclusions. Compare only compatible measures. A commercial price or our own estimate needs documented support and clear assumptions, inclusions, exclusions and validity. An unsupported price must be removed; changing its label provides no evidence. Request a quote for your shipment's terms.
Dates and uncertainty
Distinguish when an event occurred, when a source was published, when a rule takes effect and when we reviewed the text. A new page date does not prove every fact is current. State what is confirmed, uncertain or no longer supported. Limit or remove claims when evidence is insufficient. No fixed update schedule or automatic monitoring is promised.
Authorship and tools
Credit the person or organization that actually produced the content and identify reviews actually performed. Tools, including AI, may help with research, drafting or translation; describe their material role without presenting their output as expert approval. Do not claim qualifications, native-speaker review or human review that did not occur.
Languages and specialist review
Each final language version must preserve the facts, dates, units, sources and caveats. Translation alone does not verify a claim. Guidance on safety, dangerous goods, customs or other regulated matters needs a suitably qualified reviewer when the proposed advice requires specialist judgment. If that review is unavailable, restrict the text to supported general information or omit the guidance.
Corrections and error reports
Material factual corrections take priority over content experiments. Keep the page URL and explain the material change and its date.
