Europe freight coordination

Europe is a continent of 50 countries with highly integrated trade infrastructure, but balkanized regulations. The EU single market streamlines intra-EU trade, but Brexit added new complexity for UK operations. Our partner network operates from major European hubs and covers the entire continent — from Nordic ports to Mediterranean gateways.

Regional FAQ

Europe freight questions, answered.

Local constraints, service coverage and how to turn a regional plan into a quote.

Asia to North Europe runs about 30–45 days, longer when carriers route around the Cape of Good Hope. The US East Coast to North Europe takes 10–16 days. Moves within Europe often use road or short-sea and take 2–7 days. Air freight is 1–5 days. We confirm exact transit per lane.
Core gateways include Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg, and Bremerhaven in the north, plus Valencia, Barcelona, and Genoa in the south. Rotterdam and Antwerp are the largest. Inland distribution reaches the rest of the continent by road and rail.
Imports clear EU customs with duties and VAT based on your commodity code. Our customs broker partners handle entry and documentation. Movements within the EU are duty-free, while imports from outside follow the Union Customs Code.
Yes. We arrange FCL, LCL, air, and road freight to and from Europe. LCL suits smaller volumes with regular consolidation services; FCL is usually better above roughly 10–15 CBM. We recommend the right option for your cargo.
We support automotive and industrial machinery, chemicals, food and beverage, consumer goods, and project cargo. Europe is a mature market with strict compliance, so accurate documentation matters.
Provide origin, destination, cargo details, and Incoterms in our quote form. We send routing options and pricing, usually within a few business hours, with no obligation to book.
