Partnership & Agents

Common questions about our B2B partnership program for freight forwarders, agents, and logistics companies.

Our partnership model is designed for freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics companies that need a reliable US operations partner. We act as your US back office — handling ground transport, port drayage, warehouse operations, customs clearance, and cargo insurance — while you maintain full client ownership. Your clients never interact with Suaid Global directly. We operate completely under your brand, with zero conflict of interest. It is a white-label B2B arrangement.

Our ideal partner is a freight forwarder, customs broker, NVOCC, or logistics company that: ships cargo to or from the United States, needs reliable US-based ground transport, drayage, or customs clearance, wants to offer full US logistics services without building their own US team, and values transparency, communication, and professional operations. We work with partners of all sizes — from boutique forwarders handling 10 shipments/month to mid-size operations moving 500+ TEUs per year.

In the white-label model, you present our services to your clients under your own brand. We provide: your-branded tracking updates and documents (no Suaid Global branding on client-facing materials), dedicated operations staff who coordinate using your company name in communications if required, back-office reporting in your preferred format, and competitive net rates that allow you to add your margin. Your client relationships remain 100% yours. We never contact your clients directly or solicit them for direct business.

As a Suaid Global partner, you can offer your clients: US port drayage (all major US ports), FTL and LTL ground transport (all 50 states), US customs brokerage (CBP, FDA, USDA, TSA clearance), warehouse and cross-dock services (Houston, Newark, and other hubs), cargo insurance (Value Protect), and supply chain advisory. You can offer any combination of these services based on your clients' needs.

There is no formal minimum volume requirement to start. We work with partners at all stages — even if you are just beginning to develop US business. What we look for is commitment to professional operations, open communication, and a genuine client base. As your volume grows, you may qualify for improved contract rates. Many of our current long-term partners started with just 2–3 shipments per month and have grown significantly.

We invoice you (the partner) directly — never your end client. Invoices are issued per shipment or on a weekly/monthly cycle based on your preference. Payment terms are typically Net 15 days. We accept wire transfers (ACH/international wire) and major credit cards for smaller invoices. All invoices are detailed with full shipment references, line-item charges, and documentation. We provide monthly financial summaries to help you reconcile with your own billing.

Yes. White-label means your brand is the only brand your clients see. We provide documents, emails, and tracking data in your preferred format. If you use a TMS (Transportation Management System), we can feed data directly into it. Our operations team coordinates using your company name in external communications with carriers and ports when needed. The only Suaid Global branding is on our own website and marketing — never on anything that reaches your clients.
